I found Hanna to be a hard working , dedicated User Researcher. While Hanna worked for Money Advice Service it was highly evident that she has a great wealth of knowledge and understanding on research processes and procedures. I was pleasantly surprised to witness how fast she absorbed an enormous amount of information which she used very effectively to lead workshops and face to face research as well as managing internal and external stakeholders, across the country on a new technology research in the Financial and Debt sector.
